With over 10 years’ experience across FMCG and Manufacturing, I play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining the talent that will drive our future success.
From building strong talent pipelines and leading learning & development initiatives to strengthening engagement and culture, my role is all about ensuring our people feel supported, empowered and able to grow alongside the business. Every day is different - as part of the engineering team, I enjoy different challenges and the opportunity top be involved in multiple different projects.

I started as an operator. I joined the engineering team as an apprentice and now almost fully completed my Engineering Apprenticeship.

I thoroughly enjoy my time at Shepley Spring Ltd, I have had a great time since I started working as a production operator, I have a great laugh with my colleagues and we work as a team to ensure we get the job done effectively and efficiently.
How have your skills and career developed so far at Shepley Spring?
My teamwork skills have been adapted into this similar yet new environment, I am an efficient stacker and I always ensure pallets are evenly distributed and stacked to their full potential. Additionally, I am skilfully trained in manual handling and can safely carry large amounts following the necessary precautions.

How have your skills and career developed so far at Shepley Spring?
Being new to the company and bringing my knowledge in shift managing and production, I have been appreciated and recognised for my hard work and offered an opportunity to progress immediately into the role of production manager with support from management and our people operations manager.
