Meet our Managing Director, James. Part of the Smith family that founded Shepley Spring, James is a former Royal Air Force Officer, and MD since 2007. Sitting on the board of the Industry body, he provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise unrivalled in the UK market, ensuring every aspect of the business runs smoothly, from the first drop of water to the last satisfied customer.
Our visionary customer-centric mastermind, is the driving force behind our impressive sales and revenue growth. With over 20 years of dynamic commercial experience at renowned global brands, Lynzie crafts and innovates sales and revenue growth strategies that keep our bottled water in high demand, embodying our commitment to excellence and driving our company’s ongoing success.
Jeff is our behind-the scenes magician. As Operations Director, Jeff ensures the manufacturing process runs like a well-oiled (or should we say well-watered?) machine, as well as heading up factory innovation to drive the manufacturing process to new heights. Senior Operational roles at Blue Chip FMCG businesses over a 20 year period gives Jeff a wealth of large scale experience to give Shepley Spring that manufacturing edge.
Our genius behind the curtain, Pam ensures that while the company quenches the country’s thirst, every bottle is a masterpiece of quality, and compliance. Upholding all industry standards, Pam holds us to the highest benchmarks, driving our commitment to unparalleled quality and excellence. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication ensure that every drop we produce meets the strictest standards, solidifying our reputation for superb products.
Our Head of Operations, Paraic, is a Supply Chain and Technical whiz. Tasked with setting up our new manufacturing site and managing expansion projects, Paraic excels in strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and building strong relationships. His project management expertise drives our growth, ensuring we can deliver more of our amazing water to an increasing number of customers and consumers.
As Head of Finance, Adam is our Cost Control Captain, ensuring every penny is accounted for and nothing goes down the drain. With a strategic mindset, Adam oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis – driving profitability and sustainable growth. Thanks to his expertise, our finances remain as crisp and refreshing as the water we produce, enabling sound investments and achieving our commercial goals.
Andrew is our commercially minded developer and executor of the sales strategy. His 15+ years experience in Retail and Wholesale mean he truly knows what customers and consumers want. Putting customer service first, he ensures our customer’s shelves are full and are driving profitable in-store sales for them. Consumers love our Water, and he is making it available to all!
Danielle is our recruitment extraordinare with 10 years experience drawing talent in FMCG and Manufacturing. She is also the Human Resource glue that holds Shepley Spring together. From attracting the very best national talent, to laying out our L&D strategy to people greatness, Danielle wears many hats to ensure that our people’s cups are as full as our customers bottles!
Meet Gareth, our very own Money Maestro! As our Financial Controller, he oversees the financial operations and ensures the company’s financial health. From analysing financial data that informs the company’s strategic decisions, to supporting Shepley Spring’s business growth, Gareth supports all operational efficiencies. He makes sure that while the company keeps everyone else hydrated, it stays financially healthy and ready for world domination!
Damian is our very own savvy shopper, ensuring the company’s shelves are stocked and production flows smoothly. 26 years with Shepley Spring means that he has unrivalled knowledge and is the best person to leverage those long standing supplier relationships, ensuring we keep costs down and quality up, making every drop count!
Our Logistics guru tasked with ensuring the company’s bottled water flows from source to shelf seamlessly. Kelly streamlines our operations by reducing costs yet maintaining those high quality standards Shepley Spring are proud of. By optimising our production schedules and managing our inventory, Kelly and the team make sure every drop reaches thirsty customers with logistical brilliance!
Mark is our ultimate task-master and efficiency expert, responsible for ensuring our production operation is running seemlessly. With a knack for problem solving, he juggles schedules, balances quality control and oversees all daily operations to optimise production processes across the site. He plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of bottled water, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
While others count sheep, Dave counts bottles! Dave has been with Shepley Spring since the very beginning – he plays a crucial role in keeping the bottling operations running smoothly and efficiently during those nocturnal hours, ensuring the company meets its production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Chief fixer and innovation wizard behind the scenes. With a knack for solving problems, Chris oversees equipment maintenance, improving production processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Leading a team of talented engineers, he troubleshoots and implements innovative solutions to boost production efficiency. He ensures that the bottled water keeps rolling off the production line without a hitch.
Tony is our master of untangling digital chaos with a cool head and a quick wit. Known around the office for his ability to troubleshoot everything from server crashes to “someone turned it off and on again,” Tony keeps Shepley Spring’s tech world flowing smoother than our bottled water.
